Integrated Therapeutic Solutions is a great place to get help from. It gives you knowledge and education to help you understand your behaviors better and bring it to more of intentionally controlling it.Denee is a very great counselor. Her patience and sweetness give you comfort to talk about things you may find uncomfortable to talk about. She definitely has a very non-judgmental look and action which is a huge help for me to share things as is.

I found Anna when I didn't feel like I had anyone who I could truly talk to. That Google search brought me, not only to the right place, but to the right person. Anna has helped me through so much and has helped changed the way I process my own thoughts and feelings, instead of telling me what I'm doing wrong. She actually listens and guides instead of trying to tell you what to do or change.

I work with Anna and I always rave about her she's literally a angel and always there for me whenever I need her. Tiffany is also super sweet and all the other staff members seem to be really sweet as well. I always tell people to see if they have appointments available here with them
