Pros: The hair stylists at the Bethelview (Cumming, GA) location are some of the best within the Great Clips network. They always check to ensure your expectations are met before completing the cut.
Cons: The Great Clips coupon process is at best, a 'sham' program designed to trick customers to signing up for their website. Their published coupons are very restrictive to specific locations within the US and you never find out the limits until it is time to pay.......resulting in 2x-3x the costs you originally intended to pay. Very disappointing and unprofessional resulting in a 'bad feeling' almost every time you depart. I have yet to see a GC coupon for this...read full review
