Today I had experience where I found they don’t respect the queue. Even it was my number she took someone else who was kind of walk in and whose name even was not there in the queue. I was told that someone else will attend you even I expressed my disappointment.. it was really frustrating. What’s the point of online / in store check in?
Best haircut in a long time!!! Sometimes stylists cut to much off the top making you look a lot thinner than you really are. Michelle Yen listened to my concerns and trimmed my hair perfectly. I needed to look my best, and she delivered. Would highly recommend you work with her. The app that allows you to schedule ahead let's you walk right in and sit down. Great Clips was the Pioneer in this space.
Very nice staff and I usually have a good experience here, but after this round I don't think I can come back. The stylist was kind, but ignored the picture that I showed her and she cut off about a year's worth of work on my hair. I was looking for certain style that I already had (curtain bangs) that had just grown out to a point it needed to be reshaped, but she ended up cutting all the hair I wanted to keep off and blended everything. While it doesn't look bad, it isn't what I wanted and it's going to take a long time to get back to where I want.
