A lot of bad reviews but I had a good cut. A little too much chopped off but I think it looks really nice. The hair stylist was patient and polite. She didn't rush the cut and I felt like she listened to what I wanted. I have medium long, fine hair and she was very gentle. I would definitely go again for another simple layered cut like I got this time but I'd try to communicate better about the length I want.

New inexperienced stylist had tough time to keep myself calm, ended up with second stylist (manager) to complete the job, finally not happy with my hair cut. Never had this kind of experience before .. in last 6 years...Service: Haircut
