The whole process was super easy. The report was very detailed which was appreciated since we are out of state buyers who weren’t able to go to the home ourselves - we had pictures and videos which don’t show the imperfections. Highly recommend!
If you are buying a house, you want GA Pine doing the inspection. They are very professional & detailed. I wouldn't buy a house in the ATL metro area with out Steve inspecting it first.
