We have used Forsyth Appliance for many years, both to service our appliances and for the annual maintenance of our three HVAC systems. The techs are very competent and provide good advice on keeping our systems running well. I especially appreciate that I’m not pushed into buying parts on every visit, like with our previous company. When it came time to replace two of our systems this year, it was an easy decision to use Forsyth Appliance. Sure, we checked around, and found they had the best price, service, and we trusted Kim to take care of it for us. They’ve also replaced my neighbors system and he is happy as well. Don’t know why their star rating is low…our opinion in 5***** and we highly recommend!

they were doing a repair through my insurance warranty company from home depot. says the fan needed to replace after just opening the fridge and freezer. never made another appointant. then told to wattanty service that everything was working fine. giving us the run around avoid phone calls. they telling warranty company that will not come out again with no reason why. BAD BAD resprentives in the service people and customer service.
