I recently went to Elite to get a perm. I scheduled my appointment with Chelli. She was amazing! I told her that my hair used to be curly but is currently straight. She then painstakingly sectioned my hair and did alternating wraps to make sure my perm looked as natural as possible. It was totally worth it! My hair has perfect ringlets now!
