We arrived early but Addison was so helpful and I was able to pick out frames before my visit. She was also very helpful in the type of frames I was looking for. Not only that, she measured the frames and my lenses along with the bifocals before my visit. I saw Dr. Doan and she was so kind and caring. She explained everything and made sure I understand before seeing another patient. This was the best eye exam appointment I've ever had in 30 + years!
Loved my experience here. Marcy was very sweet and my doctor was very helpful and super sweet as well. Everyone was super accommodating and very helpful and I really appreciate all the work. They did definitely will recommend to any of one who needs glasses or contacts or just an eye exam!
Dr. Alexander was thorough, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Her smile and positive attitude enhanced my visit. She is the reason I use LensCrafters.
