I’ve been taking my fur babies (two crazy Labs and a sassy little rescue cat) to Cumming Veterinary Clinic for a few years now, and I can’t say enough good things! The whole team is just so genuinely kind and welcoming—from the sweet girls at the front desk who always remember my pups’ names, to the techs who give the best belly rubs, to the doctors who actually listen.
Dr. FitzSimons is seriously amazing. He’s super knowledgeable but explains everything in a way that doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed or rushed. My dog has been a patient of Dr. Fitzsimmons for 4 years now, but I boarded her here for the first time. It was incredibly easy to set up the reservation online and the staff was great answering my endless questions. My girl was boarded for a week and also had 1:1 play time twice a day. The best part was the sent me photos each day during her play times. I loved being able to see her each day and know she was doing well. They also called me at one point because she wasn’t eating and asked if they could administer an appetite stimulant to get her eating again.
