Dr. Holbrook is an excellent physician. He has been my doctor for nearly 15 years and I have been very pleased with everything that he has done to help me stay healthy.
The practice staff is also excellent.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.
The patient portal is extremely helpful.
The only thing that I would suggest in the way of improvement would be to program the appointment reminder texting system to send texts later in the morning and preferably not on Sunday. I received a reminder text at 7:00 A. M. Last Sunday morning for my appointment today (Thursday).

Love this practice! Been with them for many years! Everyone is very helpful, listens carefully to your concerns and have shown great competence! I highly recommend them all but who I’m most familiar with and try first to schedule with is Montpelier.
Dr. Cook has been my doctor for 5+ years & she is great! Very caring, knowledgeable, thorough, kind. I trust her completely! Her medical assistant is wonderful also. On occasion, I have seen her PA Lisa. She is also on the ball, knowledgeable, and thorough. Much appreciative of their genuine care.
