My son got sent home from daycare because he was clenching his stomach saying my tummy hurts. My tummy hurts so I called the nurse line and they directed me to go to the closest urgent care which was at the collection and Forsyth County. We arrived around 1120 and it was already so busy The receptionist at the desk that greeted us was there upon arrival greeting us and took my insurance and ID in order to start the process of admission he gave us a number and we sat in the lobby, which was very clean and the lighting was great. The facility is always clean and the registration process is done very efficiently. The staff is patient and will to hear all of our concerns. Everyone is so kind and helpful to make sure my children are well taken care of. CHOA Urgent care of Forsyth is a great place for emergency medicine for my children and I will recommend it to anyone in the area!
Great urgent care for kids! They are friendly and really care about my kids. The nurses are very nice and they know how to make kids feel comfortable when they are sick. Dr. Crockett ia an amazing doctor!
