Gary is hands down the best inspector we've ever worked with. So far we have been loyal to him for 6 years now, and inspected 3 different properties we bough. He is very detail oriented, takes his time and puts together a clear report. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

AccuSpect inspector Gary Edge was professional, insightful, and kind. He carefully, and thoroughly, inspected every aspect required of the townhouse and included the roof. He took the time to explain not just concerns found but also general beneficial tips for the home owner. As a new homeowner, he took extra time to ensure I was aware of important facts. He was approachable and made me feel no question was inappropriate to ask. I also want to add how easy it was to communicate with his scheduler (his wife). She was timely and kind with all her responses. AccuSpect also allowed the addition of Radon testing through a third party. I thank them both for their time and efforts....read full review

Gary was very thorough, professional and friendly. His office was extremely easy to work with and warm when scheduling. Gary was punctual on the inspection day and absolutely the person you want doing your inspection. He was very knowledgeable, credible and methodical. His same day report was very much the same. An absolute pleasure overall to work with - highly recommend Gary and Accuspect.
