Todd arrived on time, was very professional and answered all our questions. I was pleased with his knowledge of air conditioner and heating units. He was not pushy, but very patient.
I dropped by the Jordan Air offices in Crawford to pick up an air filter for my heat/air system. I was greeted at the door and promptly shown to the customer service desk. Everyone I came in contact with was super pleasant, courteous and competent. I learned the particular filter I asked for was actually not the correct one for our system and the reason was explained in detail. This is just another example of why I'm a great fan of Jordan Air and recommend them to everyone. I haven't needed their plumbing services yet, but when I do, Jordan Plumbing is who I'll call. Justin came and replaced my water heater. Showed up whenexpected. Took about 2.5 hours or so to replace. Looks good and hot water is on its way. No complaints with this visit or Justin.
