I don’t know where Jordan Air finds its staff, but they ALL go above and beyond! My technician, Owen, was no exception! This is rare as a lot of companies these days seem to be begging for employees and some willing to accept any warm body, but not with Jordan Air. Based on my past experiences with JA and my most recent experience with tech, Owen, I am convinced that Jordan Air must value the quality and character of their employees as much as they value their customers, because I don’t know how a company could otherwise acquire and retain staff like these. They are exceptional in skill, experience, knowledge, and character.

Luke Lowry with JordanAir was thorough and professional in looking at our hvac. He found the issue that was causing our unit not too cool quickly. He covered options available to us and did a good maintenance of our Trane system . We look forward to dealing with JordanAir again
