Super nice people that really knows how to run a business with Southern Hospitality. They even helped me boost my truck off in the parking lot. We appreciate people like that. Clean and tidy hardware store.
Smaller hardware store and section is somewhat limited in certain departments BUT they have a very good variety for size. They have harder to find brands and whenever I have needed help the staff has gone above and beyond. They special ordered a spider spray I couldn't find anywhere for me and in an emergency I arrived essentially AT CLOSING and the gentleman working answered all of my questions and told me not to rush. He assured me he would stay as long as it took to get me what we needed. He was knowledgeable about the appliance hardware I needed (since the contractor forgot to bring it) and about the service gap recommendations. This store is AMAZING! I have stopped in four times in the past week for quick items needed for my build. Michael is very knowledgeable about everything and so helpful! He helped me customize a paint. It took four tries to get the color I wanted and he was so kind and patient each time I came in to try again. The other staff were very courteous as well. I even ran it just before 5pm on Sunday and they kept the door open right up until closing time and were kind even though I came in just minutes before closing. I would highly recommend this store for your home improvement and project needs!
