I had a stain in my expensive comforter that had been on my bed only 1 week. After reading the reviews I chose Wheelers Cleaners. The owner was there and was very personable. Two days later I received a text stating my comforter was ready. When I picked it up the lady was attentive. The owner came out and said he had previously inspected it. He even took it to my car! I needed to clean three formal gowns in June 2022 and they did an excellent job. I dropped them off during a very hot week. It was too hot for the employees to work, so the owner sent them home early. My gowns were late, but I totally understood once the owner explained. I appreciate that he put the health of his employees over the business. He could've lost customers by not having our items as promised, but he chose to take care of his employees. I just wish he had called us before we drove there. They're not close to my house and that would have saved me the long drive out there. Thank God my gowns were ready in time for my trip. I would definitely use them again.
