Joel was very professional and very friendly and helpful. He did an inspection of our fireplace and gave us some helpful solutions to some issues that it had which my husband, who is a handyman, could repair himself. So he didn’t try to charge us more by adding extra things on, and he even ended up charging us less than we expected to pay for the visit!
