I recently had an issue with my HVAC and was told I needed to have my electrical checked. I called Ozburn and from the start, the service was very professional. Thankfully, when the tech arrived, my electrical check out good and no repairs had to be made. I was advised that I would receive a bill in the mail for the service call. I had expected to see anything from $70-90 for the service call. I got back from being out of town and had a "minimum service call-residential" bill and was blown away. It was $225! I am 100% pleased with this company's customer service. There was a minor issue, and the top man (owner, manager?) came out personally and followed up. I cannot say enough about how highly I value this company's response, but I will say that they are now my GO-TO guys for electrical work. Super.Service: Electrical wiring installation
