So I had some questions regarding my loan payments because I needed to change my upcoming payment date and find out my options. The first person who answered the phone seemed new or didn’t understand my question about my options given my specific dilemma. I’ve called before and had options explained to me, so I was getting a little frustrated explaining what usually happens when I’ve called previously.The first lady put me on hold and then another woman answered named Keisha.
