I absolutely love my braids. I have naturally grey/silver hair and wanted a combination that would look appealing. Very professional, I enjoyed the conversation with both of my braiders. Only two people were braiding my hair. I love how my hair turned out. They were careful to braid pass my natural hair as my own hair which is VERY long.
I don't know what was wrong with the other customers & why they needed a redo. My hair took 5 hours & just like ANY braids that are long, they will have a little bit of weight to them.
