Sat down to get a pedicure. Dude turned o the water and ants was everywhere. Very disappointing that no apology was made. They didn't spray or anything and dude wanted me to stay in same chair. I'm, no thnaks!​

Been coming here with my mom since I was 16. Annie has always done my nails and I trust her. Today she wasn't available so I got the young man sitting in the front to do them. I'll never come back to this establishment again. My nails were done so nice but the hassle of getting them done was not worth it. First, I called and asked for an appointment and they told me to come in at 12. I arrived at 11:50 and sat there for another 30 mins. I wasn't busy so I wasn't too focused on the wait but people that came in after me got seated before me and that really started to irritate me. Now all I got was a fill in with a shape change. On the wall there's a sign that says a fill in is $17. My total came to $35. I asked the person doing my nails twice are you sure that's how much it costs for a fill in? He said yes I'm sure. Okay fine since you want to be dishonest I'm not going to tip. I sign my receipt with $0 tip and leave. The next morning I wake up and the transaction on my bank statement has been changed from $35 to $55. What kind of establishment is this?

I have been coming to this salon for nearly fifteen years. The owner and her daughter are lovely people and fantastic technicians. Many places can paint nicely, but Mary Ann and Cathy take time to truly clean and shape the foot/hand/nailbed. You can tell how much pride each woman takes in her work. I usually get pedicures, and they often last 6-8 weeks because of the quality of the products and service.
