I absolutely love Kelly. She takes her time for everyone. She makes everyone feel like privilege! Tony did my nails for the first time today and did an amazing job. I wasn't happy with the first color and he changed it with a smile! He even gave me a birthday gift! I appreciate how you feel special here!

Kim is very good mail tech but her workers are not as good. I didn't appreciate the language spoken between her staff and herself during a misunderstanding about the type of acrylic I wanted. It made me feel uncomfortable and I do not know if I will be going again. I'm new in the area and i love Kim's work but I'm looking for a more respectful and welcoming environment. overall Jasmine (Jazz) made my pedicure experience the best. if I come again it will be for her services and MAYBE Kim's until I find another nail tech.

I have mixed emotions about Kim's Nails. It just depends on who's doing your service. All technicians are not trained well. If you find a technician you like, remember their name and stick with them. They have some new people who are fresh out of school and while I understand they are still learning, im particular about my nails and will not allow them to practice on my nails anymore. Customers should not pay full price when these technicians are doing our nails. Especially, when they are not done properly. Kim doesn't care. She will defend them and say it's right even when you point out how the nails are uneven, shaped differently, and acrylic has been applied too thick.
