Very friendly, very experienced, they appreciate their customers. I would definitely be going back to them. The staff is so knowledgeable about all different types of hair. Even after I had my hair done I called back with questions and they were more than helpful. The lady that did my hair was Emily and she did my perm. My two daughters went with me and they had Kelly. Both ladies were great. Maybe more expensive than other places like Great clips. But I'm more than happy to spend the money there.

I was simply calling to make an appointment, I asked whoever picked up the phone “how are you doing?” and she rudely replied with “i’m busy, what can i help u with” after that i just hung up, no way i’m going there after that.

Mrs. Robin is the absolute BEST. I've been going to her for all my hair needs for almost 10 years & she never fails to come through with exactly what I want. From prom to emergency fixes, shes a miracle worker!
