Gregg Cowan Heating and Air Inc. is second to none on my opinion. Our heat pump in our vacation home broke down and had to be replaced. Greg and his crew had a new unit installed for us and up and running the very next day! I’m so thankful that my Dad, God rest his soul, recommended Greg Cowan to me. He and his technicians always put their customers first!!

Gregg Cowan Heating and Air replaced our 17 yar old heat pump and air handler one month ago. They were prompt with a quote, showed up on time for the install and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They happened to install on the beginning date of my electric bill. I've been anxiously awaiting to see my cost savings since I went from a 10/SEER to a 14+/SEER , but it went up $100 for the month of service. BUT..it blows cold and I'm no longer losing freon, so that's a plus. Hopefully the bigger picture will reflect in overall annual savings. Fingers crossed.
