The business prides itself on providing great customer service, with friendly and attentive employees. Customers can enjoy a range of services, including unlimited washes and free self-serve vacuums. The man doing the prewash does a phenomenal job and does a thorough job during pre-wash. He checks back in to make sure customers are satisfied, and they are going above and beyond. Closures during renovations were frustrating, but things are back up and running. The customer service is A1, and the wash is excellent. It's the only wash around that after going through, you don't have to still clean your wheels afterward. Zips Car Wash is the place to go.
Was my first time here and was greeted with great hospitality! And my car came out looking brand new.
A huge shoutout to Luke, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the extra time to pre-scrub some stubborn spots on my grill before I headed into the tunnel. It’s rare to see that kind of attention to detail and genuine customer service these days.

Hello .. I’m a long time Customer here since the place opened and there’s been many issues.. I pulled in on 11/4/25 and was absolutely blown away by the customer service . The new manager Mr. Ashley greeted me and let me know if there is any issues let him know, I told him about previous experiences and he walked all the way down the tunnel with my car , by hand applied tire shine .. Before it was like anyone cared.. I wanted to tip him he refused.. As a business owner this was the type of experience I’d want my company to provide.. Will be back Saturday!

DP does a thorough job during pre-wash and checks back in to make sure we’re satisfied. Closures during renovations were frustrating since I usually stop in a couple times a week, but we’re glad things are back up and running. I’ve recommended a membership to friends and family.
