We highly recommend covington Arrow Exterminators. They have been wonderful, great customer service, and always on time (sometimes they even call and offer to come earlier that day if they can). very reasonable prices and they dont require you to pay monthly when you're only receiving scheduled visits every 3 months like a few others locally do, you pay at the time of service We had one tech who didn't really fit, was a fine tech and did his job well we just wanted more communication from our tech not just the office since the tech would be all in and around our home, the lovely office staff understood. They placed a tech on our contract who schedules all his own services, communicates when our next service should be and that he will call atleast a week ahead to schedule a time that works beat for us, we always have the same individual treating our home so no strange faces showing up every time. we honestly could not be happier with the company as a whole or our technician
I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators (Covington). Not only did they give me excellent service. There was a moment that could have gone left that they corrected beyond what most would do with the right, corrective and caring attitude. Before I share that experience, I first want to share I had a tight 1 hour window in which to meet the sales representative/Home Evaluator (Mike O'Rourke) to sign up for service. Mike arrived on time, and I was signing a new contract for termite protection (Centracon) and outdoor bug protection an hour later...being on time for my work zoom call. So, upon the application of my services, I noticed my metal edging was bent/damaged. I DREADED calling the office to ask for corrective action fearing getting hassled and not believed. To my surprise, Melissa Green listened; understood my disappointment without pushback. She immediately started the chain of action to get this quickly corrected. After sending pictures of the damaged edging, she had Mr. Kilpatrick call me, and he had the same caring, kind, helpful spirit. He had the nice technician who didn't know he'd damaged my edging replace it like new the next business day. I just came home, and it was like brand new. The moral of this story is no one and no company is perfect. It's what you do in these teachable moments. How you treat people...especially your customers leaves a lasting impression. I felt heard, understood, respected, and ultimately made whole. Because of how they treated me, I'll be a customer for life. ~Suzanne
