Amy is simply THE BEST. Beautiful SPIRIT & great talent. I am a licensed Stylist, I've lived in NY all my life & use to get my hair braided in Harlem ( they were very good), but Amy's skills are better. My daughter's & I are never disappointed. She also cares about the hair health because she doesn't braid tight where your hair bulbs come out. She is the first person that has ever braided our hair & we can style IMMEDIATELY with our pain.

I got my hair braided at the shop as a walk in during the evening around 6 o’clock. I was thankful that a salon near my area was still accepting walk ins so late in the evening. I explained the style I wanted and Amy was able to do that in about 4 to 4 1/2 hours. The shop was clean and everyone seemed to get along well. The only “downside” is she braids really tight, it’s a good thing because they’re going to last; however, they might also take your edges lol, my scalp is a little raw near the side part. She laid my edges and put my hair in a neat bun once she was done, my style only cost $100.00. I will be going back whenever I need my hair braided again.
