They didn't have the item in stock but assured me several times they could order it in by the next day. I arranged to pick it up and didn't hear from them otherwise. Drove almost an hour round trip only to find it hadn't arrived! It finally arrived the next day. No discount and a weak apology.

Carolyn Davidson was a great help in my adventure of remodeling my shower. She was very knowledgeable on what I needed and ordered exactly what was needed. I didn't have too much or not enough. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely use City and her to help.

In general,very helpful employees.I installed a new main water line in my homeso I bought most of my materials here.It was a Friday morning and the staff was cooperative and attentive. I went back a week later on Saturday to take back the items I didn't use. I was told that the items were too dirty even though I didn't use them and had wiped them off already. (When I was working on my water leak, I laid next to me all my tools with the items I bought from city plumbing.So some dirt debris fell on the items and I understand that even though I didn't use them they got dirty.)
