I hired Sean Payne to do a job and he did great with the exception of a few minor things that were not done at the end of the job. After he received his money he has been putting off for weeks finishing the following. I have a bathroom window that the painter did not finish painting, also the calking in the tub is not what it should be. I have 2 outlets that need the covers back on so they won't be exposed which Sean said he will have to cut the hole a little bigger. Not done. I had loose wiring under my house also. My dogs tore the siding on the side of the house and Sean was supposed to bring me the extra siding for me to have someone fix it. I still don't have the...read full review

Company exploited an 81 year old Nana. Hard to recommend someone that would take advantage of a grandma by raising their quote price by 2k and then going silent and not fulfilling their end. There are other, better businesses that deserve your hard earned money than this Payne-in-the-rear-end.

Run...Run fast... Bait and switch.. extortion from elderly woman. Raises the price after work starts . Verbal Job was quoted at $6500, he denied it and raised the price $2,000 to $8,500. Intimidated 81 year old widowed woman when she was alone and demanded the additional 2k. Never finished the work. Does work in Carolina without license. Is not accredited by Georgia Better Business bureau.
