CareConnect Urgent Care is a welcoming and caring facility with a staff that provides excellent customer service. The nurses, including Nurse Bre, are described as nice, non-judgmental, and attentive, making patients feel comfortable and listened to. The front desk staff, such as Mrs. Amanda W, are also praised for their patience and care. Patients appreciate the positive attitudes, smiles, and the attention to their needs, as well as the overall quality of the care provided.
I was here last weekend with my son! Mandy took very good care of him and also made sure I was ok. I cant thank her and Amy for a job well done! Mandy is always caring and is gonna make sure she treats you with good care!! Again Thanks Mandy for all your hard work and caring for others like you do!!!
Mrs Chasity M was a great person and I really enjoyed her and need more people like her
