Do not use this plumber. His team connected the recirculation pump to the cold side instead of the hot side. We had to bring in another company to fix this problem. Fixing such an error after everything is complete is extremely expensive.

I didn't pick these people, they were chosen by our home builder to perform some warranty work. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

They came and unhooked the plumbing in our downstairs bathroom so the cabinets could be reskinned. They were supposed to came right back and reconnect the plumbing when the cabinet people finished their tasks. Well, they didn't. I was informed that the plumbers were no longer in my area and couldn't come back and reconnect that day. I understand logistics and work flow, but they KNEW they were supposed to return and reconnect. They obviously didn't care about inconveniencing the customer though. BUYER BEWARE OF TODD YOUNG PLUMBING, INC.In August of 2021, my husband and I were excited to move our family into our brand-new forever home built by SLM Homes, LLC (run, run very fast if they are your builder). The excitement did not last long. We have had plumbing issues since we moved into our new home. To start, the hot water was not turned on in the house and the basement toilet was not hooked up. Then came the sewerage issues. We had to have the plumbers come out on multiply occasions because we were having sewerage back-ups in the basement toilet and bathtub.
