I had an appointment today at 12:10 I arrive and wait an hour and still was not seen. I had to reschedule. What a waste of my time. And the only explanation was it took longer for another patient. Meanwhile, you tell other people coming in that the staff was going to lunch at 1:00. Do better.
I have been coming here since I was a young child and now I am a young adult. The customer service they give is amazing. They are so knowledgeable and they never mind sharing that information to me. I truly enjoy coming to this establishment because they always treat me with kindness and respect. My teeth have been so much better since coming I am BEYOND grateful, thank you!
I SAY go here ! these comments down below is a bit odd and they have weird situations but Ive been coming here since i was a teenager. They are true and honest their word. They work fast and get you in and out ! ASPEN dental is who you should watch out for. Saying I have cavities etc.. (getting my braces there. Do not go there for that either. lesson learned) when I came to shurrett to get an inspection they didnt find any cavities etc.
