Rockdale Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. The staff is described as nice, professional, and generous, with a focus on patient education and care. The veterinarians are praised for taking the time to explain everything, providing excellent care, and being phenomenal. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and has a reputation for being trustworthy. Clients feel satisfied and refer others to the hospital. This great hospital welcomed a labrador with a ripped skin tag that was bleeding everywhere, treating him right away even without an appointment. The staff and vet are always welcoming and caring with pet owners and their pets. The vet takes time to explain things thoroughly regarding any issues or concerns. Rockdale Animal Hospital also made sure a dog in an emergency situation was seen by someone, referring them to an after-hours clinic when they couldn't get there before closing. Any pets brought here will be in great hands.
I could not be any happier with the service I receive every time I need to take my cat to Rockdale Animal Hospital. Dr. Cline and Dr. Whitlock take such good care of my cat and the staff is amazing, friendly and kind. Thank you for all you do!
Let me tell you all about these wonderful souls!!! They welcomed Basil and I with open arms. They were so sweet and loving. Very genuine. Listened to my concerns and didn’t over talk me. I realize I was overthinking some things being a Dog Mom for the 2nd time but kind of my first time. Lol.. The visit was very quick. Very helpful and informative. Such a clean environment. Just an overall lovely experience.. They are really popping it in there.. Go where the love is if you’re looking for some amazing animal care.
Rockdale Animal Hospital is a veterinary practice that treats everyone like family and truly loves the animals in their care. Our three dogs wag their tails every time we turn into the parking lot, which is a huge testament to the care and patience everyone at Rockdale provides. Their clinical notes are also wonderfully detailed for pet insurance claims. We highly recommend Rockdale Animal Hospital!
