I had an awesome experience at Platinum Beauty Bar & Spa today. The massage, facial, and the amenities (jacuzzi, oxygen bar, steam room) were wonderful. The lunch was delicious too! The staff were professional and made me feel welcome. Can't wait to come back!

I visited Platinum beauty bar and spa on 6/22/24 and it was amazing!!! I chose the bronze package with the meal and it DID NOT disappoint. I thank everyone who served me !!! I traveled to try this place and I’m so happy I did. Everything was amazing. Thank you Sarah , Michelle, and there were 2 other ladies names that escape my memory currently. Thank you all and you definitely have a fan.

I booked a package for my birthday + $100 for meal; however, at checkout I was charged for the appetizer and dessert. For an extra $100 the package details should explain "entree only". The massage (with male) was disappointing. I was there for hours and sometimes couldn't find help for extended amounts of time. The sauna could've been hotter. I wasn't clear on what was next to stay on time with services. On a good note! Chef was nice and served the meal. Israel was super nice and the day ended with a super relaxing facial with Jazmine.
