I had them come out to replace thermostat & condenser. First guy said the thermostat I had bought from GA power was crap, so I let him put the other one he had in. My daughter was furious he did that as she worked for HVAC companies & knows mine was good one. That night, we heard a pop under the house. I had to crawl under the house & found water everywhere in my PJ’s! Next day, they came out & put my thermostat in & fixed under the house & reimbursed me! Very great company! Was very surprised how they handled my situation! Would highly recommend them!

Well I must say, I made the right decision, my technician, Thomas Shaw, arrived on time, was very professional in handling the issue. He was patient listening to my concerns, and explained clearly what needed to be done. Professionals like him are the reason companies stay in business, he represents well. I would highly recommend him, and Peppers.

I will always use Peppers Heating and Air and will recommend them to family and friends. They are “service with a smile”. I can always count on them for emergencies. Whenever things happen with my air or furnace, they respond immediately with the help that I need. Also, they have very friendly and knowledgable people , from the person that answers the phone to the workers that comes to do the work.
