This was our first experience with a groomer, and Jacqui at Pampered Puppy did not disappoint! We brought in a fox-faced pomeranian, who was also a first-timer. Jacqui was very patient and explained everything we should expect thoroughly. We asked for a teddy bear cut, and she set our expectations based on the breed. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we fell in love all over again with our fur baby. Thank you, Jacqui and Pampered Puppy, for a job well done! See ya in 6 - 8 weeks! #Nova
Yes I was hesitant to try this place based off of the reviews BUT I am happy I gave them a try and will be back. I completed the form online for info but never received a call back (after 3 days) so I called directly. The person that answered was polite, professional and informative. Upon arrival at 10:45am, I completed the forms as a new client, gave specific instructions on the cut I wanted for Aspen as well as provided a pic to the groomer. Upon pick up around 2:30pm, Aspen our 2 yr old Cavapoochon looked amazing and the cut was exactly what I requested. The checkout and payment process was seamless. I would definitely recommend. Areas for improvement: Remove the online inquiry form if staff are unable to respond within 24-48 hrs. Include pricing on website based on dog size and grooming pckg. Implement a text system vs phone call and or both to ensure client receives notification when their dog is ready for pick up so they aren't charged the $30 boarding fee if their dog is not picked up within 45min after grooming session has been completed.
I've been looking for a good groomer for my Yorkie and this place is it. The staff is very personable and my baby isn't traumatized at all. He comes out happy and very well groomed. They also call ahead ask details regarding your preferences for your baby. I highly recommend Pampered Puppies. Sara was awesome!
