Let me start off by saying Jay is amazing, friendly, professional, and courteous! If u want locs no matter the hair texture she will get it done. I absolutely love her, she always makes me feel at home. I literally drive 4 and a half hours just for her services (where ever she goes I go). I am never disappointed.
