I used IA for pest control for 7 years. About 6 years ago, we requested help with rodent control. 2 or 3 men came and installed a "squirrel' trap that was supposed to let the squirrels go out of the roof, but there were prongs that kept them from going back out - so I was told. They placed 4 glue traps in attic and garage. they put some kind of steel wool in the holes in the siding and called that plugged. we paid 700-800 for this service. We were supposed to receive future visits, but I do not recall but maybe 1. Since then we have seen droppings many times. I called and they said they would send glue traps. the traps didn't get delivered so I had to ask again. that was about a year ago. I have since learned that rodents are smart enough to stay away from them which is why we have not caught 1 since. the glue traps are worthless! Recently I heard light whimper sounds from my bedroom coming from the attic and some knocks on the kitchen ceiling. I called IA and they said they would send 2 inspectors. on 4/7/25, only 1 guy came - Juan. he was here less than 10-15 minutes. He looked at the metal mesh squirrel trap and said it was still operational. he said there were no openings and no observable activity. pls note they provided no written report only an invoice. i have since asked for an inspection report,, but I doubt any notes were taken by Juan. Well we found large squirrel holes in our chimney a couple of days ago. we called someone else to repair some siding rot as well as the holes. he examined the house thoroughly and pointed out several mice/rat size entryways in to house. please note we have found piles of fresh rat droppings in our garage after moving stuff from 2 of the garage corners. Today, 4/29/25, we found a fresh rat dropping and on 4/26/25, we found a fresh rat dropping. both in the garage. the rodent service was for all rodents. the squirrel "trap" "installed" by IA was a hand made roll of wire mesh (loose mesh) that was rolled into a cylinder with no trap feature. it was as if they stuck a straw into a hole in my siding. it is evident they are offering this service as another income stream but with no expertise and too lazy to get it. they have numerous 1 star reviews on Google, but they've shut down access to leave a review. the real squirrel trap is manufactured cage that truly snaps shut. inspect all has been taken advantage of us (senior citizens) for years. they are a complete scam and very shady. DO NOT USE INSPECT ALL!!!!
