Our electricity had reached a dangerous state killing some of our appliances and needed to be shut off for 2 days before we called Elite. Keep in mind this was a Saturday in the late afternoon. My 2 story condo is over 50 years old and the electricicty framework was constructed very poorly. The electrician that was already working on my home was baffled by the issue and his solution was to try and replace the breaker box. When I came to Elite Electric the owner not only diagnosed the issue the issue over the phone and confirmed it once he arrived, but he got here in 15 minutes! Now I may have just lived close enough by, but he made us feel like he actually cared about our issue by heading to us promptly in addition to being demonstrably exceptional at his craft. The Owner is a Master Electrician, a term that I was unfamiliar with before meeting him. This means that he has put in the effort to learn the skills necessary to be certified and licensed as a Master Electrician which is a large step above the bare minimum requirement needed to be a licensed electrician. Within 30 minutes he had the issue resolved. He spoke with GA Power on our behalf as the problem needed to be resolved by them. An excellent Electrician. An Excellent businessman. A kind person. There's a reason why as of Jan 2023 he has 101 5 star reviews and EXCLUSIVELY. Dont hesitate. Gon head and call him and get your money's worth. Like me it will probably end up much cheaper then the other options. 6/5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Nick was very professional and did a great job handling my small list of things that needed to be done.
