I've seen reviews on this site I'm def NOT in agreement with. I choose to write my own review and not target those who are making 'untruthful' statements. Maritza is professional and runs her business in the same manner. She does gives you pointers on do and don't to bring life and sustainability to your hair. She monitors the actions of her staff and since the removal of two operators, she's been blessed with stylist who can do hair and cover her in the absence of her not being their for they are trustworthy. Her shop is clean, she uses good products and Alwsys is willing to meet your needs. Jasmine is an excellent hair washer and rollersets good and carries out your desires. I am particular and have visited many within the area and can say she does not have anyone sitting all day def not true; shows no favoritism and does an explicable job..her prices are reasonable as well. Maritza, please keep up the good work.

This place is ok. Customer service could be better. I’ve been going since September and I still don’t feel a warm welcome when I walk in really. They do a great job on my hair though I just can’t get passed the customer service portion which really gives me mixed feelings. They say call and make an appointment but truly it’s not making an appointment because it’s not really honored but ?‍♀️I’m super big on customer service I let my patients know I remember them so they can feel welcomed and feel like I care so I just be looking for the same treatment but hopefully I find that somewhere…
