I didn't go into the Apria Healthcare. All my conversations were on the telephone. The specialist were very professional and yet personal. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I was sent the wrong mask and called them, the person I talked to was very apologetic and said she would send the correct mask on a rush basis. I give them 10 stars if this was an option.

Successful results in the end! It was a lot of back and forth with the company, doctor, and assistants. Finally, the order arrived after almost a month and they sent me the wrong item! Another nose mask instead of the full face mask. I'm physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted after the whole ordeal. Update: After speaking with someone from customer care services my issue was resolved and my supplies delivered the next day so I must say thank you for the great response and resolution. I do hope for a long fruitful journey going forward.

Apria is awesome!! They made sure my nesscary equipment was delivered on time before I was discharged from the rehab facility. I would recommend them to anybody. Because they make sure that you are satisfied!! Thanks
