Haven't visited the place, but received CPAP equipment from them. The equipment is helping me with my sleep apnea and so far no problems. A representative is always reachable when I call with questions. I give them a thumbs up :)
When I tried to use my new cpap machine the air had to much force. I called the help number on the brochure and after being on hold for to long I was told a technician was not available to walk me trough the process of setting up the machine. Instead of making an appointment I was told a technician would call me within the next 48 to 72 hours. I asked for more specifics but 48-72 hours was the only thing they could tell. So am I supposed to sit at home waiting morning, noon and night for a call? Or should I take my cpap with me everywhere I go in case they call while I am out?
