Wayne is awesome! He always ensures that he takes care of us and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re receiving the service we paid for. Service was provided by Sam. Sam is a service manager and we are lucky to have had him provide service to our home today. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly and as I watched him work, he is very good at his job. I hate to have more work put on him but I would request that Sam does any bedbug removal that you may have. I was amazed at detail in cleaning and with his own personal protection. While the chemicals used kill bugs on contact, they will also harm the users (not end customers). Sam wore his Tyvek suit and his charcoal breathing respirator and rubber gloves at every stage needed and the really impressed me as I am a car-painter trainer. I’m a little nervous based on the recent reviews but I so far my experience was good.Inspector Joe Newell came out fast for an inspection and was polite. He found signs of rats/squirrels in the attic. He quoted me $700 for 4 rat boxes, or $1700 for complete exclusion and removal/cleanup with a one year warranty and they will come out if there’s any sign of problems for the year. I opted for the latter as much money as that is because it sounded like a comprehensive guarantee of no disease carrying rats getting into my home.Next step is to wait for a call to schedule the service, he said they should be able to come out in the next week.
