Wayne is awesome! He always ensures that he takes care of us and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re receiving the service we paid for. It’s getting warm so unwanted insects are likely, but not with Wayne on the case. Thank you Wayne for making us want to stay with Active.Service: Bug & insect extermination
Service was provided by Sam. Sam is a service manager and we are lucky to have had him provide service to our home today. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly and as I watched him work, he is very good at his job. I’m a little nervous based on the recent reviews but I so far my experience was good.Inspector Joe Newell came out fast for an inspection and was polite. I opted for the latter as much money as that is because it sounded like a comprehensive guarantee of no disease carrying rats getting into my home.Next step is to wait for a call to schedule the service, he said they should be able to come out in the next week. I will keep the review updated… read full review
