Tank cleaning has become a real chore post covid, and the level of service we experience here in Conley is what the industry should be measured by. Just waited 4 hrs to wash hoses. I asked for my pump to get sprayed and the employee just walked away. 2 other truckers lined up for hose washing and we ended up washing our own hoses and pump.

It was almost quitting time, I didn't get him name, but I had a fresh meat load and I had to get a washout. He did a very excellent job and he went past closing time. I so appreciate it.
