I walked in to see if anyone could wax my eyebrows and was so surprised that someone was available. Great job! My brows look soooo much better! Friendly employees and a great experience!

No customers when I arrived, wonderful not having to wait. Hair stylist was nice, friendly, and good at her job. There were no negatives except one: My hair stylist in Phoenix charges 18.00 for a simple hair cut for a man. Smart Style charged me $25.00. Way to much for a 10 minute cut. I'm sure the owners of the franchise are the reason it's so expensive. Note to franchise owners, charge a reasonable price. I liked the stylist/hair cutter. She was friendly, and an asset to the business.

Great place and normally the customer service is top notch. On this visit there was a new stylist there and while she was polite enough she was not very friendly. Maybe just a very reserved lady but she really could have made more of effort.
