First hand experience - don’t buy from this company!! We purchased a $12,000 pool from this company in March 2025. Installation mistakes were multiple and took him 1 year (April 2025-June 2026) to repair! 5 pinholes found in liner after 11 months of use and owner still charged us to fix the product. We will be glad to give details upon request. Why oh why didn’t we read google reviews before purchasing from Pool and Spa Clearance?!?! Don’t make the same mistake we did!
CJ, was a life saver. We lost a piece of our new to us pool while putting it up. He was very helpful & had the piece in stock. We definitely will be using CJ for future pool supplies.
I hired this company to change a pool liner on a pool they installed about 6 years ago. After we dug deeper we realized that we needed more than just a liner. The installer, Billy that came out was a BIG talker but that was it. He was not professional, lacked skills and most importantly respect. After several attempts of him giving excuses of why he couldn't put the pool in the exact spot and several disagreements, I refused to allow him back to my home.
