I had a cold when I arrived so I asked them if they could provide me with a mask because I couldn't find one at home and I didn't want to share my germs. There was never even a hesitation. The receptionist went in and looked, and then when she found one, she brought it back to me. The receptionist has a wonderful personality and is the right person to greet patients when they first walk in she was wonderful. The assistant they did the testing's and eye pressures and all of that and the glaucoma test was very personable. I've been going to Doss Eye Care for the last 5 years and they have always been helpful and attentive. The Staff is amazing. I currently see Dr. Haden and he takes the time to make sure my eye health is being tracked year to year. I recently changed to contacts and the team at Doss was so helpful. They even got me a replacement lense the same day when I lost one on my second day of my week trial. The transition to contacts has been amazing! Thank you Dr. Haden and Team at Doss Eye Care!
