I needed a quote on some roof repairs and called 5 different companies. 3 of them didn’t answer but 2 did. The first I was able to make an appointment for Thursday. Denali roof and restoration had an opening today at 11:00. Matt came out on time. He evaluated the repairs needed and said he could go ahead and take care of it now. After Matt was completed with the repair work and showed me his work and explain in detail what he did. This was by far a company that I highly recommend for any type of roof replacement or repairs. Denali Roofing did an outstanding job for us. They replaced a window in our formal dining room and also repaired our roof where an old satellite dish had blown off and left a hole. Both jobs were handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
Alex was especially awesome. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. He clearly explained what needed to be done, kept us updated, and followed through exactly as promised. It’s rare to find someone who communicates that well and genuinely takes pride in their work.
