Researched 1/2 a dozen contractors to finish my basement. I picked Cardinal CR because of the ideas offered prior to commitment. It made me feel like they were going to treat the project like it was their own basement and I was 100% correct. They are doing a FANTASTIC job and my family and I are so impressed we keep adding projects onto their plate. I cannot recommend Cardinal CR enough.
